Returns & Exchanges

As our products are custom-made to your specifications, they are not covered by the standard 14-day return policy for remote e-commerce purchases. However, we offer a 30-day return and exchange period, starting from the first delivery attempt date in your country.

Returned items must be in unused, brand-new condition, with original packaging and all accessories. You may try on items to check fit but must handle them carefully to avoid scratches, as jewelry made from precious metals is easily damaged. We cannot accept returns for damaged or scratched items. If you have any questions regarding returns or exchanges, please contact us for assistance.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

Jewelry found to be defective or incorrect is eligible for a full refund. You may choose to exchange it or receive a full refund, and we will cover return shipping in such cases.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

Exchange:

Free exchanges are available within 30 days. Each order is eligible for one free exchange. Additional exchanges may incur shipping and refurbishment fees. If the new item is cheaper, we will refund the difference; if it’s more expensive, you will pay the difference and related fees.

Return:

Items can be returned within 30 days for a refund. A global return shipping fee of €150 applies.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
Items with custom engravings will incur a €200 refurbishment fee. Custom or modified jewelry is excluded from this policy.

We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of purchase, including free shipping for this first resizing.

Additional Resizings

Additional resizings or those requested after 30 days will incur:

  • Shipping fee: €150
  • Resizing fee: €200
