What Is Covered?
Our Lifetime Guarantee applies to:
- Structural defects in the craftsmanship of the piece.
- Issues arising from normal use of the product, such as loose settings or prongs.
What Is Not Covered?
The guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.
- Repairs or modifications performed by third parties.
- Loss of stones due to improper care or handling.
How to Claim Your Guarantee
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team at support@puradiamonds.com with proof of purchase.
- Provide a detailed description and photos of the issue.
- We will assess your claim and, if eligible, repair or replace your jewelry free of charge.
Additional Notes
- Customers are required to pay a total shipping fee of €200 for both return and delivery.
- The Lifetime Guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
