Returns & Exchanges

  • As our products are custom-made to your specifications, they are not covered by the standard 14-day return policy for remote e-commerce purchases. However, we offer a 30-day return and exchange period, starting from the first delivery attempt date in your country.
  • Returned items must be in unused, brand-new condition, with original packaging and all accessories. You may try on items to check fit but must handle them carefully to avoid any scratches, as jewelry made from precious metals is easily damaged. We cannot accept returns for damaged or scratched items. If you have any questions regarding returns or exchanges, please contact us for assistance.
    • Exchange: Free exchanges are available within 30 days. Each purchase/order is eligible for one free exchange; additional exchanges will incur shipping and potential refurbishment fees. If you select a new product with a lower price, we will refund the difference; for a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the difference and any additional fees.
    • Return: Items can be returned within 30 days for a refund. A global return shipping fee of €150 applies, and refunds will be processed within 30 business days. Items with custom engravings incur a €200 refurbishment fee. Please note, custom or modified jewelry are excluded from this policy.
    • Defective or Incorrect Items: Jewelry found to be defective or incorrect is eligible for a full refund. If an incorrect or defective item was sent, you may choose to exchange it for a new item or receive a full refund, with free return shipping in such cases.

Ring Resizing

  • We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of purchase, including free shipping for this first resizing only.
  • Any additional resizings or resizings requested after 30 days will incur a shipping fee of €80 within the EU and €150 for other locations, along with a resizing fee of €200.
