What are the delivery times and costs?
  • Standard Delivery: 10-25 business days (free).
  • Expedited Delivery: 10-15 business days (€105).
What should I do if my item is defective or incorrect?

If your jewelry is defective or incorrect, please contact us with photos and your order details. You are eligible for a free return or exchange in such cases, and we will cover the shipping costs.

Can I resize my ring after purchase?
We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days, including free shipping. Additional resizings or resizings after 30 days will cost €200 plus shipping (€80 within the EU, €150 outside the EU).
What is your return and exchange policy?

Since our products are custom-made, they are not eligible for the standard 14-day return policy. However, we offer:

  • Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping fees are €80 (EU) or €150 (outside the EU). Custom items and those over €5,000 are excluded.
  • Exchanges: One free exchange is available within 30 days. Additional exchanges will incur shipping and refurbishment fees.
